Where is my order?

UK Delivery is 2-4 working days ( up to 1 full week ) normally for an order.
Delivery to Europe is 5-10 working days. ( up to 2 full weeks )
Delivery to anywhere else in the world is 10-15 working days. ( up to 3 full weeks )

Part of my order has not arrived?
Some orders may be sent in separate consignments. Posters for instance are sent separately and should arrive shortly after the rest of your order. Please allow the full time scale stated for delivery if an item hasn’t turned up then please contact us to chase the delivery.

My order turned up wrong or damaged!
If you have an item which has arrived that is incorrect or damaged... please let us know as soon as possible. You will need to have your reference number ( stated on the email confirmation when you placed the order ), and your name, postcode and items ordered.

You can check the status of your orders in your account section. If you have received the email confirmation through – you can be sure the order was processed okay.

How do I place an order?
When browsing the shop, simply click the 'add to cart' button on a product to add it to your order. You can then click on the 'checkout' link at the top of each page, when you are ready to finalise the order. At this point simply enter your address details, and later on you can pay online with a credit/debit card using the Paypal secured website.

Can I order on the phone or mail?
The easiest and fastest way to order is to place it online at the website. This is a secure way to place the order as card details are taken directly using Paypal whether you have a Paypal account or not. We cannot unfortunately accept phone orders or mail orders.

How much is Postage and Packing?
The cost of postage is indicated on each item and is determined on size and weight during the checkout process. Postage cost is clearly indicated for countries outside of the UK.

Can you send items next day delivery?
We can offer an expedited service ( Special delivery in the UK next day service ) on some of the items that we offer but not all, please enquire for further confirmation. This service is only available if you order before 12.00 noon GMT. Its costs £5.00 extra for an item under 1kg in weight, and £10.00 extra items over 1kg. That cost is extra in addition to the standard UK postage cost.

Do you ship to all countries?
We ship to Europe, North America, South America, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
We do not ship to:
*Romania, Lithuania, Russia and EASTERN EUROPE,
*Thailand, Indonesia, India, Dubai – ASIA AND S-EAST ASIA
*Nigeria, South Africa, and ALL AFRICAN STATES.
This is because of high instances of credit card fraud or packages been stolen/lost. Any orders to these places will be refunded and cancelled.

If you have received your goods and decide for any reason to return your product you can receive a full refund within 7 days of your purchase. You as the customer are responsible for the cost of its return unless advised otherwise by prior arrangement, for example in the event of damaged goods whereby we will issue a prepaid packet.
